Lyn Fenton has been working in regeneration for 25 years across both the public and private sectors. Her experience spans physical development and socio-economic activity.

She has worked at all spatial scales from small community projects and edge of city transformational developments, to large scale area based regeneration operating on behalf of both public and private sector partners.

Lyn has worked as chief executive of an award-winning urban village company, as in-house development manager with a national commercial property developer and as Head of Special Projects in an economic development company. She has also represented housing associations at board level for over twenty years.

She has the skills and experience to manage and procure complex outcomes, direct professional teams and/or provide hands-on delivery of programmes or projects.
